Recent Changes to Scarling/Imp in PoFear?

We took a raid force to Fear today and killed a fair number of scarlings and no Imps have spawn. Nada. Zip. Zilch. This is on the Lanys T'Vyl server.

Anyone know if they changed the script on these guys, or made the Imp spawn more rare?

This is as of the last patch on Thursday, March 11th.
