When i have a bard i never use cascading rage till quick time is off. I find quicktime much better then cascading rage because its alot alot more atk. It only says 133 atk but its modded by bards singing and goes up to like 850-950 or something. Plus the fact that is lasts for a whole 3 minutes which is better then CRs randomness.

Aye with a bard the only good thing about CR would be the acc mod at the later stages of its procs iirc. The BEST rank of cascading rage on kumba is listed as 42% all skills damage acc or w/e, which might be better overall for dps then quicktime if you can keep warcry up.
