Best zones for riposte disc XP

Thanks, I forgot about the Reckless Abandon addition, pulled 42 mobs just now, killed 39 with Reckless and then cleaning up with Berserking. The remaining 3 were caster golems that were to busy casting on me to come so I had to finish them off separately.

Setup a hot key for it as well. Pull a bunch and find a big area to run around to bunch them up, switch from my invis wand back to my highest damage weapon, hit Uncanny Resilience once in a corner and turned around, click my HoT and once they get to you.....

/pause 7, disc Ancient
/pause 7, /alt act 3710
/pause 7, /alt act 1502
/disc Reckless

Got 6AA on the pull with lesson. Camped out now waiting for discs to refresh.

Can also hit Juggernaut Surge as well, if you have an Underfoot group tier BP, click that, adds something like 1250 per frenzy (frenzied reposte $$).

if you are fast enough have merc window up but have merc suspended. once reckless wears off hit self preservation and unsuspend mercenary for last couple mobs if you think you going to die.

I try to get them as tight as possible (some casters always wonder around). I hit epic, war cry, juggernaut, third spire, RA and then after they all come up to me reckless. I'm using a regular corner in that room where the fountain is in Thalassius.

Double riposte, frenzied riposte help a lot. Also, expect to let them hit you without disc for a few seconds while they gather around you.

Also, make sure they're not being slowed (languor/lassitude, etc.)

Actually, this is the main power behind reposte disc, your damage output would go up HUGE if you invested and maxed those two AA lines. Even more if Blur of Axes is maxed and you have an Underfoot clicky BP.

Glanced over a few parses from reposte discing in Thallasius the other night, had a 1 second round with 268 attacks in it

I've been slaying the majority of it with full double riposte and 3/6 frenzied defense, but I just cant seem to get casters to hit me so they're always 50-70%. Anyone got any tips for this? Starting to get really annoyed by all the casters

1) Try not to pull casters.
2) Kite them group of mobs around a bit and settle on the casters if you must pull them.

Wait until reposte disc runs dry, Self Preservation (I knew there was a good reason to buy this!) back out, pop merc, heal to full, unpop merc, if you are quick enough you'll have some time left on Reckless Abandon, if not, Berserking + BF combo to finish off the rest.

I pull the whole zone, then make 1 loop around the big room to give the casters a bit of time to attempt to hurt me, then i hit cry havoc, third spire, and RA...then in about the middle of the big room, i turn around and wait for just the second before the train reaches me to hit reckless disc. Usually leaves 3-4 casters that don't die, but those are NP at all.

Seld Preservation will drop you of all aggro, if you are lucky there will not be any see invis left alive to see through your invis from SP AA and finish you off, oftentimes I'll set up the pull so it comes in from along the short wall (south wall) of the big room at entrance and reposte right at the mouth, once I pop SP ill run around the corner out of line of sight of the remaining mobs so they don't aggro, be quick about healing up (should be sufficient if your merc just throw a promised on you) and reengage. Takes some practice.

Hey guys I've been practicing this for a few days now and I'm getting the hang of it. One camp i would really like to get used to is the wolf pit in Vald - but im having one major problem. The problem is the wolves are having some strange pathing issues and are getting behind me or out of my LoS. Any tips or suggestions? Much appreciated!

First of all, never use Lev while doing the wolf pit. EVER. Second keep on mind that you might see multi-spawns in the pit... ie more wolves than usual. I have noticed on some pulls where you have an abnormally large number of wolves, you also get some server-side lag on their pathing once they are grouped. So if if this happens... Go ahead and hit all of your discs EXCEPT reckless. Then when you stop and turn towards them, wait until the moment where they actually land a hit on you to fire reckless.

Also I prefer not using a wall but you may try it either way.
