When I first read about the non-stacking I wondered about even getting Cry Havoc, but then I noticed something.

Cleave is an increase in the chance of scoring a crit hit

Cry Havoc is an increase of damage of a crit hit

My thoughts are that they would stack since they are two different things.

Well they do stack, but they are both chances of scoring a crit hit but one is worn and the other is spell is the reason they do.
