How to play with your Berserker in a new way.

Before you try this prepare:
1. Buy A Weighted Axe people sell them all the time cheap and equip it.

2. Make a hot button like this.

/attack on
/pause 10
/attack off

3. Now head to your favorite out door zone.

Now to kite.

1. Find your mob and use your snare axe and keep your distance.
2. Once your stun axe lights up again rush in stun just before you get close enough to hit then hit it your new hot button and frenzy button right after that.
3. After you hit run away some to get distance again.
4. Repeat step 2 over and re-snare when needed.

The reason you use A Weighted Axe is because of the base dmg and the bonus dmg that it gives. I came up with this while at level 37 so the axe was a 45 dmg 150 delay weapon with a dmg bonus of 45, so it like having a 90 dmg weapon. Well when you first attack anything with any weapon that weapon will attack right away no matter what the delay. I was able to take out yellow mobs with out any dmg at all. I have not tried this out on Red mobs but I plan on too. It is not something to do all the time but when you are all alone and just want to mess around it is kind of fun to do. At level 37 each wave I did I would do from 200 to 610 dmg and I would run away from them luaghing my head off :) . I know this would not proberly work at the higher end but soloing at lower levels like this can be fun when you can't find a group.

By the way I love Feed Back :p

I used that technique on test when they announced that the snare had a fixed duration....I could reliably take out light reds with the gear you get from /testbuff .....it took forever and I wouldn't say it's a viable way to solo, but it sure is fun :) And it got really interesting the few times they avoided the snare :)

Yeah this is called jousting if you are into pvp. The idea is that you use as powerful a weapon as possible and just run by your opponent and hit them with one round of combat so they have as little time to hit you as possible.

One thing is that you don't need the pause in your hotkey. Instead go to your main menu thing where you make your custom hotkeys are listed and go to the abilities tab (not combat abilities). Make sure one of the buttons there is for frenzy. Say the 3rd button is frenzy then your hotkey should be something like the following if you only plan on one round of combat.

/attack on
/doability 3
/attack off

If you consider that berserker stun is 4 seconds long (at least the one I use is) you may be able to get in 2 rounds of combat depending on your weapon delay. In that case I would use something like

/attack on
/pause 40, /doability 3
/attack off

When I joust people I also make sure I can see the "melee attack" button. When it is pressed down that means you aren't ready for your next swing but when it looks normal that means you are ready to do your next swing when you please. It just helps your timing so you don't try to hit an opponent before your weapon delay permits.
